Not really sure where to start! From management to housekeeping this place is amazing. Activities, forget about it they are top notch. By far my favorite facility to visit. The energy is contagious, every time you are in the building some sort of activity has the residents smiling and laughing. When management said the activity department loves guest they aren't kidding! I have joined exercise class, parties, and crafts and I am welcomed like I LIVE there. I do not! That's how you run a building. 100/10 stars

I’m very impressed with you care that my parents have received at Edgewood in Cheyenne Wyoming. Michele and her nursing staff are what I feel are one of the top-notch caregivers. Today, we haven’t had any issues and they’ve been very responsive to not only my parents needs, but myself and my siblings.

I can’t say enough of this facility and staff. They took such good care of mom during her stay there. I always knew she was in good hands as they cared for her as if she was their own mother.<br><br>Every single person from the top down truly has a heart of gold and I couldn’t have wished for a better place for my mother to take her final breaths.

the staff that work directly with the residents are the reason this isn't a one star. they truly care and are great.<br>but other than that this place is trash. they wouldn't tell us if my grandmother had fallen or was injured. they didn't follow through on almost anything they said they would to improve her health, mood, or socialbility. from the first time they didn't call when my grandmother had an injury, I was fighting with my family to get her out of here but alas that is not what happened. don't make the same mistake i did. I regret ever thinking it was right to put her here. I betrayed my values with that decision. and thats something more personal than the level if care this place offers and that is something that my family and I will have to work through.<br>truly.<br>but that's not something you want to live with too. trust me.
