I visited my mom at Edgewater today, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The facility was exceptionally clean, and I did not notice any unpleasant odors, unlike some other facilities I have visited. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to recognize Isha, the Case Manager, who was courteous, knowledgeable, and had a wonderful personality. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident that my mom is receiving excellent care. Thank you to the entire Edgewater team for maintaining such a clean, welcoming environment and for providing compassionate, professional service to residents and their families.

Entering the facility, we had the chance to speak with many of the patients there and all seemed happy, clean, and well taken care of. The facility seemed really clean. I have been to a few different care facilities over the last year and this one was by far the nicest one.

I have worked with many Skilled nursing homes and this place is the best of the best! I have never once needed to worry about my patient here! He is cleaner, happier and fed better than he has been in many years. He is happier and emotionally stable after years of depression and isolation. I love the staff and how they care so deeply for each individual in their care. A huge THANK YOU

The nursing and therapy teams are caring, professional, and communicative, and the help with daily progress checks and answer your questions promptly. The facility feels clean and comfortable, the meals and activity programs are appreciated by each resident. The staff genuinely seem dedicated to resident well-being.
