(6/2/2026) In mid May 2026, my elderly mothers health is declining and her doctors office referred Eden Health to help her. After several days of not hearing from anyone, I called Eden Health. That same morning I got a text message from a Tango company claiming my mother recieved a visit on a friday in May, 2026 when that visit never happened. According to an employee (Andrea) of Eden Health, Eden Health is owned by Tango. I was also told by Andrea with Eden Health that since they did not recieve "notes" from her doctors office that my mother is being dropped and her referral/authorization(?) cancelled by Eden Health. Today, June 2nd, 2026 my mother got a letter from Tango claiming her insurance has approved her for a few months. Everything looks fishy and the inconsistant information is not adding up. Tango and Eden Health should't charge my elderly mother, or her Insurance company, for visit(s) that never happened.
