Our Mother was in memory care at Ecuman for a year and a half. We could not have been happier with the staff and facility. It was obvious how much my mother loved the care givers and that they loved her. She passed away this morning and words can not express how grateful we are that my mother’s journey ended with Ecuman and the incredible, loving caregivers that worked with mom everyday. A special thanks to Gwen, Dawn, Carol, and Arnold❤️❤️❤️

My mother moved into memory care here about a year ago and we have been very happy with the care she has received. She is so much safer and happier than she was when living in my house, because I was not able to give her as much socialization as she is getting at Seasons, where she quickly made friends with other residents. She loves all the RAs, and she loves the nursing staff, and she loves Colleen, the activity director. I mean, who doesn't love Colleen? Another really big piece is that although it's not a nursing home, they do have an arrangement with a medical service called Bluestone that is able to send it's own practioners in for checkups. Since we signed up for that, my mother has regular checkups onsite and they're able to immediately respond to anything, even simple rashes, so much more quickly than if I had to take her to a doctor. It's improved her physical and mental health. I am so grateful for finding this place. An apartment became available at exactly the right time for us, and it really has been a blessing.

Severe under-staffing in memory care. And when they have staff, most female nurses on weekends sit on their phones. The male staff all work hard, and do a good job. I feel bad for my ailing family member who is in this unit and not getting tge attention they need, and I feel bad for the male staff who work extra hard.
