My mom had an accident a couple of months ago and broke her knee. When she got discharged from the hospital we wanted to find a capable and caring facility to take care of her. We’re so lucky that we chose Eastland Sub-Acute & Rehabilitation out a long list of facilities to go to. The facility was very clean and they did not only take care of my mom’s needs for her healing, they went way above and beyond our expectations. All the nurses were very nice, polite, and very accommodating, not only to my mom, but to my whole family as well. My mom could not express enough of her gratitude towards the staff members and its administrator, he’s doing an excellent job running that facility. My mom almost didn’t want to leave that place. LOL Thanks Eastland🥰.

Don't bring your loved ones here. The staff are very negligent. My father in law was here for one day only and we transferred somewhere else the next day. Very unclean. It feels more like an asylum than rehab center. The lounge room was sad. They had seniors in wheelchairs just staring at the walls or outside windows. No sense if humanity. They receive you well the first day for the money. BE WARNED

I have serious concerns regarding this community and the lack of professionalism and secrecy. I have a friend who's family member resides here, they would not provide when their Resident and Family Council Meetings are held. When I pressed them and ask if they had a calendar, they said it was not on there. When I asked the woman's name, she said Maria and when asked for a last name, I was told that I did not need it. Given that Resident and Family Councils are a requirement, I am not sure why she could not provide this information.

This place has a lot to offer—subacute trach care, physical and occupational therapy, and more. They even have private rooms, which is a big plus. The front area looks great after the recent updates, and the kitchen has a solid Grade A rating. Overall, it’s a well-rounded care facility.

My Great Aunt is currently placed here to die. The staff isn't friendly. They tell lies about the well-being of your love one and refuse to help you with their well being. This company is about money and lies. If you want your close or love ones to pass away quickly, be held stage, then come here. They're not a friendly, honest or nice in person or over the phone! When you call, they put you on hold for 20 to 30 minutes before cutting your line off!
