Our mother moved into Eastgate Village 10 years ago to the date. She had to go through some adjustments when she first got there but it was the greatest move for her! She made lots of new friends. They allowed us to do a bit of customization (paint) in her apartment to make it feel more like her home. She actually lived in 3 different apartments throughout her time there. Sadly, she passed away last week. The team at Eastgate showed genuine concerned for our mother. They upgraded her services when something was needed to allow her to continue living in her own place versus moving to a skilled nursing facility. We really appreciated that! Mom loved her caregivers & I think they loved her back. It may not be the fanciest place in town, but I'll take care & concern over a showy exterior every day of the week.

I'm a fan; moved my mom from assisted living that was twice as much, the food is better and their people COMMUNICATE with me. This is not a SNF but the people are attentive, work with me when there are issues, etc.

My mom has lived here for 2 years and still is very happy. She receives excellent care and attention, And also, I'd like to give a special shout out to the maintenance team for fixing her air conditioning during these unbelievably hot days. thank you Matt and your team for making sure my mom didn't have to suffer in the heat.
