If you can go with another home health care taker, please do so. Working with them is extremely hard and on top of that they are liars. My father just got home from another foot surgery and his surgeon and wound care center sent East West the referral to get him physical therapy. After 2 weeks, we did not hear back from them and upon calling, they told me they have no record of this referral. I call the wound care center and they stated they sent the referral twice already. Upon calling East West back, the owner (korean fella) told me that he doesn't actually want to work with us because my mother hasn't paid the measly $3 copay per visit we had from them before...he stated that my mother denied to pay it. So I asked my mother about this and she stated that she never denied paying and has told them to send us a invoice so we can pay it, but never received it. If we received the invoice, payment would never be an issue! All in all....they have terrible customer service, you'll be stressed out working with them as they are not organized and lie to their customers/patients. AVOID IF YOU CAN! Read the yelp reviews....they are all very similar for a reason!

Experienced staff, courteous, friendly, and professional. I have requested East West to care for my elderly mother each time she returned home from the hospital for the past 5 years.
