Hello. I visited this Nursing center on 7/7/26. I have to say my experience was top notch. From the time I entered the facility I was greeted with hospitality and a friendly and caring welcome by everyone I spoke with or didn’t speak with. Especially, Lisa who served me. Keep up the good work and may God bless you all.

I see staff helping and treating the residents like family members (and a lot of them are). We have staff that go above and beyond to take care of our residents. We strive daily to make the residents lives as comfortable as possible. Our food is delicious country cooking made from scratch.

This facility doesn’t deserve a one star. This place needs a lot of work. Pest control is really needed in this facility. The rooms that the patients are residing in aren’t kept clean, some are very nasty.The state needs to do a sweep through this facility.

I don’t recommend anyone taking their family member to this place. Upper management is very rude and disrespectful. Some staff members even cursing at residents for no reason. This place needs to be shutdown.

I have a dear friend here.She is there for rehab after a fall.Visited with her yesterday at her window.She has not had hot water since she was admitted 5 days ago.I was told the plumber is coming,today told a part was ordered.That they just didn't have hot water in her room and could take her a basin of warm water to bath. Well were stil waiting on that basin of warm water. Does anyone know who I need to contact about this neglect.Please let me know
