Caring staff, great administration. The PT/OT rehab is excellent. Nursing staff provides great attention to detail. Social services makes admission and discharge very easy. They also provide great continuity of care and communication. Families are encouraged to be involved and are always welcomed. Residents enjoy activities, great meals, clean environment, and are well taken care of here. Thank you to all of the dedicated staff who provides outstanding care for McKinley residents and their families.

They told me they were incapable of caring for my 80 year old mother who was recently released from the hospital. She has light dementia which is apparently too difficult for them to handle without locking her into a mental health unit. If you are looking for actual care, I would look elsewhere.

The staff here is wonderful and compassionate. Administration was most helpful with all aspects of my mother-in-law's care. They kept in regular contact with my family about all manner of things, be they general notifications about the facilty or specific items related to my mother-in-law's care. They went above and beyond in her care and we could not have asked for a better experience in an extremely difficult time.
