TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE ELSEWHERE! My family member has been discharged from this facility for more than one month yet all the meds and supplies ARE STILL going to that facility, even after I personally took time off work to go there and speak with the Business Manager, who assured me that his address would be returned to the original one before admittance. Neither a phone call from the facility to tell me the supplies and meds are still arriving there nor did they correct the address, as she assured me would be done the day I was there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I went to Downey Post Acute to visit a friend. This was not my first visit there. Upon my arrival there was no one at the check-in desk however I noticed a new computer screen or kiosk sitting on the counter. There was no signage instructing visitors to use the kiosk to check but after asking someone I was instructed to use the kiosk for visitor sign in. I would suggest someone should be posted at the check-in desk at all times for safety purposes. Also, I think the visitor check in Kiosk is a great addition to this facility, and it allows them to know at all times who's in their building. I'd like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful and those that I came in contact with were very professional. I especially enjoyed seeong several staff members check in on my friend while I was there. The facility was clean and odor free. The floors were spotless. My friends room was very clean as well. Staff appeared to be actively involved in the work assignments and were professional while engaging with one another. Space is pretty tight at this facility but the noise level was minimal. Everyone seems to handle the tight quarters very well. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Hello, I would like to give thanks to Chris the charge nurse. Who always goes out of his way to help my mom. It was very hard me to have my mom admitted into a rehabilitation center. I love my mom very much. I see her every day. I appreciate that if they see anything wrong with my mom. They notify me right away. If they feel she needs to go to the hospital they do it and notify me right away. I hate that I realize that I can no longer give her the care that she needs. In the center they provided her with therapy and with a special wheelchair. I am able to take her Church, the movies, with family. I want to really show my gratification to everyone. Sampson, Maria Wilson, everyone who cares for her, Jasmine, and all the others who help. Thank you. And I also want to give thanks to the therapy department. They are really good at the work and they care about each patient. They are great and the administration department. They are always great. Thank you all. And I didn't name everyone. Nursing and taking care of other people is a superpower. It's not an easy thing to do. But you are special. My God bless you all.!!!
