Dove Healthcare in Rice Lake is the most caring and compassionate nursing home and rehabilitation facility I have ever visited. My mother is currently staying here for rehabilitation and I have nothing but the most respect for every single employee here. They are the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met. Everyone is extremely helpful and care about their patients like they are their own family. Clean and modern with really nice state of the art equipment to help make your stay the best possible. I can't say enough about their care and the amazing clean facility. I'd give them 10 stars if it was an option.

My family member received outstanding care at Dove Healthcare - Rice Lake for several years. Nearly every single staff member we met over that entire time was respectful and kind, and many of them truly cared deeply about my family member. Their work is difficult, but they listened to our concerns and made modifications as needed. I recommend them very highly.

Their care is negligent and substandard at best. Their administration lies about policy. They do not follow state guidelines for proper care of an incapable individual. They didn't even know what the meaning of the word incapable was when a patient came to their facility from the hospital and couldn't figure out a patient who could do not 1 single thing independently what incapable means.<br><br>This was the care in December. I can now say their care has improved please stay at these standards because now she is getting exceptional care. Thank you.
