0 stars is more like it. The administrative staff have 0 compassion. I would like them to imagine having to condense a whole life into one room and be put somewhere family can't be there all the time to help. I'm sure even the great staff would be better. Aides would be happier with better management, not bullies, who bully them and residents. I HIGHLY suggest they re-staff..and I notice even vendors can not reach anyone at these facilities. Let me leave you with this..if you decide to have a family member here, get a camera. It is allowed in their paperwork, but the executive administrator will make a fuss about it. You and they have every right. It's their own room. Top it off, I leave you with this...the executive administrator herself sneaking a picture of my mothers camera after she fell THE FIRST TIME!! She is in the mirror while the EMTs helped her to the bathroom. They are sneaky and manipulative. I am circulating this and the paperwork they tried to get my mother to sign, basically it would have signed away her rights to privacy and waived liability of Weinberg and it's staff, contradicting their own policy of taking photos of residents. Also a picture of an overnight med tech/ aide sleeping on the job, there have been no night checks done when she is working
