They have not meet the needs of the satisfaction of my moms needs they say she complains too much and she has to call me every time she needs to be changed or hurting in pain and when you call they have an attitude. And my mom has told me that one of the nurses said all she does is call her son so I’ll be moving her asap this place is not recommended.

My sister was taken there because of Covid and needed to be isolated. All my sister did was complain. She’s been in other facilities for rehab and this didn’t come close to the care at other places. The put her in a room by herself and maybe checked on her every 2 hours. The food wasn’t tasty at all. After they moved her to another room again they didn’t check on her for a few hours. Her PT and OT was supposed to to be an hour each day, most was done in her room. That lasted 1/2 hour if that. I wouldn’t recommend this facility at all.

My family member was transferred to this facility from another NH. We are very pleased with the care he is receiving. Everyone is very kind and respectful. He loves being there. It is so clean and has a homely atmosphere. He is receiving therapy as ordered. I highly recommend this facility if you need professional nursing care done with love. Thanks to Ms Christian and her entire staff for a a job well done.

This place is horrible! The nurses are nice for the most part but my grandmother went here for rehabilitation and has not had the first minute of rehab in the week she’s been here! How is she to recover from a hip surgery without rehab??? They are falsely charging Medicare and Medicaid for services my grandmother is not getting. Can’t wait to get her transferred ASAP before this place lets her die of blood clots and bedsores! I’ll be reporting this to the department of health and welfare and to Medicare for fraud!

My grandmother was there. She really enjoyed being there and especially loved having her own room. The staff worked hard with getting her back on her feet. The center took the time to get to know her and worked around her schedule.
