If I could leave zero stars I would. This is an extremely unprofessional establishment. If you truly love and care for the person you are looking to put into a care facility stay FAR away from this place. Food preparation I would only hope breaks several health codes.<br>I’m honestly very concerned about the level of cleanliness and professionalism at this facility. From what I observed, the kitchen and food preparation areas did not seem to be maintained to the standards you would expect in a place responsible for caring for vulnerable residents. There were clear signs of pests in a food storage cabinet, which is extremely alarming in any environment where food is being prepared and served.<br>Beyond that, the overall environment felt unprofessional and VERY poorly managed. For a facility that families trust to care for their loved ones, basic health and sanitation standards should be taken much more seriously. I strongly hope the management addresses these issues because residents deserve a clean, safe, and well run place to live. Looks can be deceiving. It might seem like a nice place on the outside but this is the WORST possible assisted living facility around. Stay FAR away.

My Grandma was there for a short while back in 2016, but it was a beautiful place then with good care, big rooms, nice living room, .music came in, very welcoming to family & real food and great staff!<br>*********<br>Update:<br>Diamond Willow is NOT the same as it was!<br>Lots of staff turnover (most likely due to management). It use to be such a great place but it’s not the same as it was

My family member was here and I was not impressed. They never took these people out of the home. I think they were bored there. They talked about rehab but I never saw anything like that. The management was the worst. With the new assisted living places in town I don't see this place surviving. They have dropped his bottom dentures months ago . They promised my family member they would fix them . They just thought it appropriate to glue them. Really ?<br>They dropped his shaver abd broke it and his music player, shrunk his clothes.Not one time did they ever step up to the plate to repay for what they damaged. Also his phone goes missing for long periods of time.His daughter who lives a good distance away is shocked that the personal belonging of these older folks should be protected by the staff but they are not. This is the worst nursing home. When asked who the owner is she was told they didn't know. I'd give this place a Zero Zero Zero.

Absolutely wonderful care, staff and management! Don’t let the comment below fool you, it’s not a a one size fits all. The facility is always clean, staff are trained well and my family members loves it. The food is delicious, staff ratio is amazing!
