Jasmine made the process so smooth. She was very helpful and communicated with me in a timely manner. When I did the tour me and my son instantly fell in love. I got exactly what I wanted! So happy to start this new chapter in our modern 2 bedroom 2 bath with a garage!

Outrageously expensive for starters and they have the audacity to keep raising the rent every single year. Then they will double charge you for rent and say “sorry there’s nothing we can do, talk to your bank”. There’s also never anyone in the office at any given point of day. We’re on like the 3rd of 4th property manager and availability never gets better.

I moved here in December of 2023 and broke my lease this previous spring it was cozy, modern, and at the time Stephanie was good at communicating. As winter snow got worse so did the well kept of snow removal. Times where they would not have someone shovel for 3 days and we'd have to walk through 10inch of snow just to get to our vehicle or let our dog out. It got so bad that our neighbor who was a wonderful older lady would shovel our side walk herself aka you should NEVER have to do that. The garbage area is almost always a dump. Glass , mattress, couch, garbage bags absolutely everywhere. it was so bad..who though one dumpster was big enough for almost 200 apartments...maintenance was also not good. one time they gave us not even a 24 hour notice that they'd be doing apartment checking which btw is illegal to not give at least 24 hrs notice. I had asked the manager at the time to not have anyone enter my place when I'm not home and that we could change our filler ourselves and she said no problem..he entered when we were not home anyways (we had cameras) they also do not care about the care of your vehicle if it is parked while they cut the grass they chucked grass and rocks at our car . lets talk about charges.. they charge you for dna for your dog for poop not being picked up but nobody picked it up anyways..also not to mention we had random charges charged to our payment portal day of move it that we had proof we paid and they ignored every email and every text of my bank statement and charged me anyways at move out. I normally don't do reviews but everyone deservers to know how horrible and unprofessional this property is. They are robbing you for the amount they charge. It used to be a place everyone loved and it was so hard to move her because they are always full but now..18+ units are available and that's for a reason...don't waste your time or your money. go to the Glades or Idylwood instead for a little bit more money but has a bunch of amenities included and its ran how it should be. Also, one time my package was locked in the package area because the thing always stops working and so the manger got my package out of the thing and she was suppose to drop it off and forgot for days..I had to go show up unannounced to finally get it after a week. so unprofessional and to think she's still working for horizon is insane.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE ! Jasmine was a great help working with me after moving from illinois here ! Highly recommended , very knowledgeable person . So far has been a great experience
