If I could leave no stars I would. If you love your elders you wouldn’t send them here. Employees such as Connie give this place a bad rep! Disgusting behavior, not just towards patients but other employees as well.

I wanna share my bad experience with this lady CONNIE. She is a horrible person, she doesn't care about her job and the residents. She shouldn't be working there!!!

This is the worst place to put a family member! I would definitely look beyond this long term care! It stinks like crap down each hall as well as urine. Not changing residents like they should. There's RATS in the kitchen where there food is prepared.

Don’t let your family members go here. They allow their residents to be abused & neglected, discriminate against their employees of color & fire people for doing their jobs.
