Received a missed call from the facility, when I returned the call, the Receptionist was rude when I asked for clarification of who I was returning a call to because it was hard to hear and then she hung up on me. Poor customer service now I have to go up and check on my loved one.

I would like to give so many Staff a shout out. I loved the maid who cleaned my room. She made sure I had clothes to wear. Warren was a very stable personality a long with a man named Tis. I don't feel its fair of me just to give these 3 all a mention. I met so many people that I see there beautiful faces in my mind, My heart lights right up like a Christmas tree. That is Exactly why I gave it a 3 stars. So many of the Staff have big hearts, They care about you so much. The facilities them selves are very nice. I actually like the bed more than the hospital beds. I say beds because I was at two hospitals prior. I'm a lady in my late 40dy. I needed to stay somewhere inorder to heal so I could go back home. Thankfully this facility took me in. Now the reason I am not giving this home a higher rating. Is because of the Doctor. He was very cold. He saw me once and left me with out my pain meds for 5 days. It was his job to write me a hard script. I asked him to please make sure he would Instead I was made to wait. Then a mistake occurred where I was being pushy, Because you have to be. I feel sorry for those who don't have the mental capacity to be pushy. Well this resulted in me grabbing the wrong cup of meds off the cart. Thankfully I was already taking the medications in that cup. Please know I take full blame for the mistake. How ever because the doctor doesn't talk to you but once when you arrive. I do blame him for my nerves 9 days. It was unnecessary I tried to make up for it by pairing two medications they gave me in the hospital together with no problem. How ever here it was a problem. Unforchanitly causing me all kinds of unnecessary problems. With thigs like sleep and just being a to relax. After the big mistake that I honestly take credits for. I felt the doctor punished me by telling the nurses to take most of my hospital precautions away. I had a nicotine patch and they even took that. They would let me sleep the night I took the medicine in the wrong cup. I explained to the nurse there was nothing in the cup I hadn't taken before in the hospital. Instead of listening I was treated very poorly The meds were always a problem! once again the doctor didn't do much to help. I had a nurse named Danna she was fantastic! She truly tired her very best to get it all straightened out for me. But not having my hard script from the Doctor really did a lot of damage. It left me feeling so depressed when I left. I also have to complain about the administration lady. There was a very nice Gentleman who lives on the same floor I stayed on. Him and I became friends. We would hang out together. He offered me a cigarette from time to time. I really appreciate it too. It was just a little something here and there to look forward to . It was never a problem 3 cigarette ago Then some day shift blonde lady had to call it traid and bartering. She was ridiculous about it. She went and got this really heavy lady. The administration lady. She was very rude. She made my friend and I feel so awful about it. The man has full capacity of his mind. I explain to her I could not traid or barter! Because I literally didn't have anything to give. I explained that the house keeper literally gave me the clothes I was wearing. I explained I started this trip from a ambulance. I went outside to get fresh air with my friend. The administrator lady came out to make sure I wasn't smoking. That is so over the top. Making My friend and I feel so uncomfortable. So I gave this place 3 stars instead of 1 star. Is because the beautiful staff that really showed love, humor, and compassion towards me. If it wasn't for so many of them I would have been so much worse off. I bet nobody gets a good job for it. Its to bad, because the staff is the only thing keeping that place human.
