Deerfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a wonderful place! The staff truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and full of life — from fun activities and holiday celebrations to the everyday kindness shown by the nurses and caregivers. You can tell that the team here works hard to create a positive and supportive environment. I would highly recommend Deerfield to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one!

Someone high up Vetoed my father going here. He cannot walk, he is in a wheelchair, he can't dress himself, take himself to the bathroom, put clothes on himself, nor can he cook and feed himself. 15 years ago he had drug problems but has been recovered for many years. My dad needs help and these people are evil and denied him help. Beware, if you have a struggle in life, you will be punished and they will turn you away.

The food leaves a lot to be desired. When it gets to my Moma’s room it’s cold and not edible. They need to hire new staff a all the way around. The pay really doesn’t compensate the staff.

Deerfield has too many staff people who don’t seem to care much for the residents. They have had several Covid outbreaks, yet today while visiting a relative, the nurse came in without a mask and picked his medication out of his cup with her bare hands—no gloves. My relative complains regularly about missing clothing and the food leaves much to be desired.
