I was a patient here and I liked the way they treated me here, they were all nice to me. They did a good job and I'm very happy. The nurses, the staff, therapy were all nice. I came here sick and I'm going home today and I feel real happy because I'm doing much much better than when I came in. My name is Alicia Villarreal

Editing my review now that we have actually experienced Deerbrook. And not just the process to get into the facility. I would strongly caution anyone considering Deerbrook Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for a loved one. During my mother-in-law’s stay, from Oct 2024- April 2026 our family experienced repeated failures in communication, lack of proper medical notification, poor wound care, untreated infections, and an overall disregard for her dignity and safety. She ultimately developed a Stage 4 bedsore, sepsis, multiple infections, and was hospitalized multiple times after serious issues that we believe should never have been allowed to progress to that level. Questions from family members were often met with hostility or dismissal, and the facility consistently smelled strongly of urine. After transferring her to another facility, the difference in cleanliness, staff professionalism, communication, and quality of care was immediate and heartbreaking to compare. No family should have to experience what ours did at Deerbrook.

Delivering here and nurses are rude. Being a visitor this place is not friendly, respectful. No manners.

Our family is so grateful for the care my mother received at Deerbrook. She was discharged home safely today after a scary fall that resulted in a hip fracture and hospital stay. Initially, we were considering a different route for her recovery, but after speaking with Devin and Dr. DiTommaso, we felt so much more comfortable. They truly took the time to address our concerns, and we are so glad we followed their recommendation. The therapy team was top-notch. My mother received both physical and occupational therapy that were instrumental in her getting back on her feet. A special shout-out to Daniel, the rehab manager—he was absolutely amazing and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout her stay. If you are looking for a facility that combines professional expertise with a personal touch, I highly recommend Deerbrook.

My dad was at Deerbrook to receive IV antibiotics and therapy, and our family couldn’t be happier with the care he received specifically by therapy. The therapy team was absolutely amazing, so supportive, professional, and encouraging every step of the way. Devon took the time to explain the entire process clearly, which made us feel much more comfortable choosing rehab instead of going straight home with home health which is what we were initially going to do. We’re so grateful for the excellent care and peace of mind Deerbrook provided during this time.
