I was there for 7 weeks. I got mixed care but i was aware of this facility due to my family and my friends. My Dr ( not normally there a request as he was the brother of my friend ) was great and a few nurses and aides and one OT and the PTs who were per diem i liked very much. The male hispanic OT was horrendous and gaslit me. I am diabetic and the nutritionist was awful and unable to differentiate between glycemic index foods. The social worker who may have been overworked was in my opinion terrible. I asked to be d/c 3 days earlier and she did not arrange it i had to. My insurance covered aides and i was forced to pay $2500 out of pocket for an agency because she did not check my insurance

This the worst Nursing home they do not have update equipment Nothing is updated the Hoyer lift is out dated i tried calling there 2am the Nursing Supervisor said call someone answer ( I got hung up on)Don't send your Love one there 3rd time hung up on

Our father just spent six weeks at Daughters. The nursing staff was caring and responsive. The aides as well. The physical therapists and occupational therapists were diligent, communicative and very helpful. Everyone seemed invested in our dad's recovery. We were especially grateful for the accommodations for Passover. The seders were wonderful. I would highly recommend this subacute rehab.

My dad and my father-in-law were both patients at Daughters of Israel for short term rehab, and I am forever grateful for the incredible care they received. During some of the most difficult and stressful moments for our family, the nursing staff showed an extraordinary level of compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. They didn’t just care for their medical needs — they treated them like people, with dignity, respect, and warmth every single day. I was out of town when my father-in-law was admitted, and I didn't think twice about where he needed to go because they had taken great care of him the first time he was there. They provided everything he needed and kept me in the loop the whole time I was gone. The therapy team was absolutely fantastic. Their dedication, encouragement, and expertise made a real difference in their recovery and quality of life. They took the time to motivate, support, and celebrate progress, no matter how small, and it meant the world to our family to see how invested they were in each patient’s success. Knowing that both my dad and father-in-law were in such caring and capable hands gave us tremendous peace of mind. Daughters of Israel is truly a special place, and we will always be grateful to the nursing and therapy teams for the compassion and exceptional care they provided.

My father in law was here. They were unresponsive when called. He needed help going to the bathroom and often times ended up having accidents because no one would come. The bathrooms are dirty and the staff is unkind.
