Estuve en el depto. De emergencias con mi Padre de 80. Anos nos rrecivieron prontamente, la espera fue rrasonable considerando la cantidad de pasientes.<br>TODO el personal muy agradable.<br>A padre lo recluyeron por 3 dias..Cuarto privado de MARAVILLA un servicio como nunca lo havi visto. Dscanse como nunca en un hospital..TODO EL PERSONAL MUY ATENTO!!<br>SUBWAY es bien conveniente. Las comidas a el paciente balanceadas y a tiemp..NO TENGO NINGUNA QUEJA sobre este hospital..no lo cambio por ningun otro<br>Wilfredo Cruz<br>Arroyo PR.

De lo peor este hospital. Recuerdo cuando tuve covid y microplasma y se negaron a atendenderme en el 2021. Ayer junio 2026 fui por un dolor según el DR de vesícula y me dejaron esperando desde las 8pm hasta las 12am, estuve allí con vomitos, mareo y con un dolor insoportable y nunca me pusieron un suero, ni sacaron muestras de sangre, ni hicieron el sonograma que mando a hacerme el Dr, ni nada. Atendían a personas que llegaron media hr y hasta 1 hr y pico después de mi, tras de eso tuve que esperar el cambio de turno y las otras enfermeras no sabían ni dónde estaban paradas. Me tuve que ir, no puedo bregar con lo incompetentes que son en ese hospital. Siempre me decían que era la próxima en atender y atendían a medio mundo menos a mí. Prefiero el Hospital San Cristobal, pero lamentablemente como fui trasladada en ambulancia esté hospital era el que me tocaba.

Da vergüenza el servicio en sala de emergencias… cero empatía… a los pacientes… llevo horas para ser atendido al igual que los pacientes a mi lado todos disgustados por el mal trato.. el dr. No me ha dado ni seguimiento teniendo una obstrucción en la garganta que pudiera tornarse en una emergencia en cualquier momento….
