I visited today for a routine exam and everyone on the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease during my first visit. The appointment was efficient, with very little waiting, and I was in and out in just over an hour. I’m very grateful for the excellent care. Thank you!

I enjoyed my last visit. All the women were really fun to be around which is nice considering it’s never fully comfortable to be doing these visits. Hoping I’m able to get a papsmear since I specifically remember them saying I wasn’t due my last visit and I’d have to make a separate appointment for that anyway. I was really bummed because I’m higher risk than most people and was over due as it was. Now that I’m calling to schedule the receptionist said I got my papsmear my last visit in October. Awaiting a call back hoping to schedule everything all in one. I did miss an appointment in April or May so maybe that’s the confusion.

The intake ladies were Great! The nurse practitioner was Not. To sit naked In closed room for over 30 minutes listening to the workers personal business was very disappointing... I had to threaten to leave before I got any help...

Be sure to bring your COVID vaccine card. They tried to claim I was late to my appointment to avoid having to open another vial when I was 15 minutes early. Doing so required them to call the backup list, which is more work.

Loved the people and the great hospitality I got while I was there. Sadly, I had a severe uti ( urinary tract infection) and I went for an appointment and they had me give them a urine sample. The ladies proceeded to tell me that because they couldn’t see physical blood in my urine they were not gonna test to see if I had an infection. I ended up going to a walk in clinic and I found out that I, in-fact did have a uti. I had a mass amount of red blood cells in my urine and they also thought I might have had a kidney infection. Will not be going back because I felt I was not taken seriously about my concerns.
