If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not recommend for anyone that cares about their love ones. They do the bare minimum when it comes to assisting patients. They do NOT do a thorough job of feeding patients, turning them, or bathing. Please take your family somewhere else!!!

Crowne Health Care of Thomasville took excellent care of our mother. She was with them for just over a year and had nothing but praise for their loving kindness and attentiveness all through that time. The staff was also very communicative and answered our questions with infinite patience. I couldn’t recommend CHCT highly enough. They have our deepest gratitude for making Mama’s last year as good as it could possibly have been.

My aunt was cared for by the wonderful ladies at Crowne Health Care for 16 months before she passed away. They became like family to us as we were in and out everyday. We met the other residents and enjoyed visiting with them on our visits to the facility. On nice weather days the residents greeted us on our way in as they enjoyed the porch area. As with anywhere no place is perfect, but when we had an issue it was addressed in a timely manner and our family was always consulted. After the passing of my aunt employees attended her services. We appreciate all that the employees at Crowne did to help our precious aunt and our family.

My mother has been a resident for almost 3 years now. The staff is always polite and helpful. The aids treat her very kindly and are patient with her. She had a project of tending to flowers outside the facility. She enjoyed every moment and has numerous compliments on her flowers. She hasn’t liked the food much except breakfast and it’s always good to her. My only complaint is the bathing room. My mother complains that it needs updating and heat. I appreciate all of the love, kindness and friendships that she has had since she has arrived at the facility. 💕
