Crestview is only a 1 star rating. I live here and food is not good. I know the difference because I was at Lamoni Specialty Care and it is a 5 star rating. Huge difference.

Use to be a wonderful place, but now it is a former shell. Administration not helpful to other homes when having to get different placement. Beware.

food sucks people are ignorant and i wouldnt let my dog stay there when they cut the heat off for a week when temps outside are below 40 deggres are u kidding me further more id stear clear its the worst place u can put ur kin look up on a national watch list i think thats will tell u folks enough to no what this place is really like
