Crestview Health and Rehabilitation, a 322 bed facility, has demonstrated an important need in a community when many vulnerable populations would otherwise be relegated to unsafe environments. Employees deliver the care with love and compassion while balancing safety and Resident dignity and Rights. Potential Residents and Family members should arrange tours and see the great work being done.

My mother has been at Crestview since May 2023. Our family has experienced nothing but 100% care and support from ALL the staff at this facility, especially LaTonya. It seems to be more than a “job” for the staff here, they treat it as their ministry with the way they show love to each of their residents. Thank you Crestview for going above and beyond for my mom, it has made this transition into a new season of life for all of us that much smoother.

I have never stepped foot into this place. My aunt was admitted there on yesterday. My mom called to find out about the visitation and the person that answered the phone was so rude and hung up on her. She attempted to call again and the person answered the phone and hung up on her again. She called me very upset and told me of the situation. I called and at hello the person was rude. I asked him about his rudeness and he was more rude. I explained that I am in the medical field and would never act the way he was acting and stated I was going to contact the DON which I will do on Monday. I usually would never suggest anyone to be fired but STEVEN should be fired. He leaves a bad impression as the first contact that families have. I am a registered nurse and have worked various places to include ICU’s and the nursing homes in Atlanta and I do my best to keep families calm knowing they are already dealing with stress of having sick love ones. I was very disappointed in the treatment we received today and will be following up at the facility and with corporate.
