i don't even know where to begin but i feel like i owe it to this place to take the time and write this because The Court at Round Rock has genuinely been such a blessing to our entire family. the decision to move our loved one out of her home was something we talked about and cried about and went back and forth on for so long. it's not an easy thing to accept but from the moment we walked through the doors something just felt different. it felt like people actually cared and that this wasn't just a business, it was a community. so much of that feeling came directly from Evan and Keith. Evan made our entire family feel so welcome and at ease from the very first tour. she answered every question we had with patience and kindness and zero pressure and you could just tell she genuinely loves what she does. and when it came to the welcome process Keith was right there making sure our loved one felt celebrated and recognized from day one. between the two of them nothing fell through the cracks and our family member never felt like a stranger walking in, she felt expected and that made all the difference. the move in process was so much smoother than we ever expected. Evan had everything so organized and clearly communicated that it never felt overwhelming. by the end of move in day our loved one's room already felt like home and our family walked out feeling relieved instead of heartbroken and that is truly saying something. one thing i have to mention because it has meant more to us than i can express is the way Evan communicates with our loved one. she has difficulty hearing and for years our family struggled to make sure she felt included in conversations. Evan naturally speaks so loudly and so clearly that our loved one can hear every single word without any help at all. i am so genuinely thankful for that because she lights up every time Evan talks to her and we no longer have to worry about her feeling left out. it sounds small but it truly means everything to us. thank you Evan, Keith, and the entire team at The Court at Round Rock for taking such incredible care of our family member. we are beyond grateful

The friendly, authentically caring staff and leadership team have all made my mother’s living experience as close to home-like as I’ve ever seen. If you are looking for an a responsive attentive group in senior living community schedule a visit ant The Court and meet the people who live there and the staff. My mother is very pleased and knows many employees by name. Although a bit apprehensive to move, she is right at home. I am grateful for the peace of mind. (And I’m quite at with previously work history in senior living.) There is not another place I’d choose for my mother over The Court, and I’ve visited many in the area.

My mother has been a resident at The Court at Round Rock for almost a year now, and I want to take a few minutes to write something I should have written months ago. This was not an easy decision. Anyone who has been through it knows what I mean. There is guilt, there is second guessing, and there is that quiet fear that you are making the wrong call. What I can tell you is that walking through those doors with my mother was one of the best decisions our family has ever made. The staff here genuinely knows her. Not just her name, but who she actually is. Her sense of humor, what she likes for breakfast, the fact that she lights up when someone sits down and talks to her. That kind of attention is not something you can fake, and it is not something you train into people who do not actually care. They care here. She is more social now than she has been in years. She has a routine, she has people around her and when I call to check in she sounds like herself again. Honestly, that is the thing I am most grateful for. The facility is clean and well kept, communication with our family has been consistent, and any time I have had a question someone has gotten back to me promptly. That matters more than I expected it would. If you are sitting where I was a year ago, worried and unsure and hoping you are not too late, come see this place in person. Talk to the staff and residents. That visit made the difference for us and I think it will for you too. My mother is safe, she is happy, and she is cared for. That is everything.

Our family couldn’t be happier that our loved one is at The Court at Round Rock. From the compassionate care they receive every day to the delicious meals, attentive housekeeping, and responsive maintenance team and it truly feels like a community that cares. Over the past year, we’ve seen so many positive improvements. Change doesn’t happen overnight, and we know how challenging it can be to hire and train great staff, but the management team’s dedication really shows. The environment feels more organized, welcoming, and focused on the residents’ well-being. Most importantly, we’ve seen our loved one thrive, happier, more engaged, and genuinely cared for. That peace of mind means everything to our family. Thank you to everyone at The Court at Round Rock for the hard work, heart, and commitment you show every single day.

I moved my mother down from OK in June 2024. She has recently decided to return to OK to be closer to her sisters. I feel her care and quality of life was very well taken care of during her time at Court. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The management has helped me with many things with my mother's care and have been exceptional with assistance with my mother's upcoming move. The Court has been a great assistance to me and to my mother. The value of care for the cost in relation to other facilites has been exceptional. The very recent renovations have been nice as well. I will miss having my mother so close and at such a good place.
