DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IN THIS PLACE IT IS THE WORST EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENCE AT ALL THEY TREAT THEM LIKE CRAP THEY LET THE BED RIDDEN OR WHEELCHAIR-BOUND PATIENTS SIT IN NASTY DIRTY WET DIAPERS ALL DAY AND NIGHT BUT DON'T GET OUT THEIR MEDICINE LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO MY FRIEND WAS THERE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON A SLIDING SCALE FOR INSULIN THEY WOULD ONLY GIVE HIM A LITTLE BIT AT NIGHT INSTEAD OF WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE DID NOT GET HIM ANY OF HIS OTHER MEDICINE HE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR TWO AND A HALF MONTHS THEY LET THE OTHER RESIDENTS STEAL HIS STUFF THEN THEY TOLD HIM HE COULD NOT RETURN THEIR THEY KEPT A HALF A CARTON OF CIGARETTES $20 HIS GROCERIES HIS CIGARETTE MACHINE AND ALL KINDS OF OTHER STUFF ONE OF THE RESIDENTS STOLE HIS WALLET AND THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT DIDN'T TRY TO LOOK FOR IT OR ANYTHING THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENCE /RESIDENCE.... IF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS AND BE ABLE TO POST I WOULD BUT YOU HAVE TO POST ONE STAR TO BE ABLE TO WRITE A POST I CALLED THE PLACE A COUPLE TIMES WITH PROBLEMS THAT WAS GOING ON BECAUSE I'M HIS POWER OF ATTORNEY AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT THE HEAD OWNER OR THE HEAD PERSON THAT RUNS THAT PLACE DOES NOT CARE THEY LET THE EMPLOYEES DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING THEY WANT TO EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR PEOPLE

I was a resident in 2017. I felt targeted by staff, not just by one or more than one person, but by the frustration of being there itself. We all need to work together to make the world a better place.

My brother was a residence. At Courtyard. I have had a problem with staff senses His first day Staff was very rude And disrespectful I have complained it to the director Find several occasions about About the way the nurses treat my brother They are mad because my brother tell them to do their job. People walk around with urine on them. Waist on them and my brother complaints. My brother had a massive stroke. They Allowed a man with Dimension attack my brother And when my brother responded Respond I x to see the video They refuse Even though my brother was Not the aggressor They say he provoked The man. My brother say the video would tell it all. They will not allow him back to the facility. That's 5 minutes away from my house. I have been there on several occasions. I have watched them allow them patients to fight. I have came in through the door And all you smell is urine. We have contacted a lawyer. The director knows the truth. He knows that they provoke my brother. This nursing home will be is destigated by the state it. Cause my brother has a lawyer now
