Our parents are residing at Country Villa – Omro, and the care they have received from day one has been exceptional. Every caregiver is compassionate, patient, attentive and genuinely kind. They check in on our parents often, bring fresh ice water and a daily snack, and make sure every need is met. Without wonderful, caring staff, the Villa simply wouldn’t be what it is. Communication is excellent--the staff keeps us informed about any updates in health or daily routines. They consistently go out of their way to make sure our parents feel safe, clean and well cared for. Our parents are always smiling and laughing, which says it all! Omro keeps their residents engaged with crafts, exercise and regular outings. They bring in small animals and music for everyone to enjoy, host summer cookouts and holiday parties, and even provide gifts for all residents at the Christmas celebration. There is also a movie theater with a special movie day each month, and an on-site hair salon—thank you Christa! It seems there is always something meaningful and fun going on. The Villa itself is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. The staff works incredibly hard to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment. If you are considering placing a loved one here, don’t hesitate. We would recommend this community without hesitation. We are very grateful every day that we chose Country Villa-Omro for our parents. My dog Rio and I have been visiting this facility every other week for a year. The facility is always clean and the residents seem to be well cared for. It is one of our favorite places to visit.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IT'S NOTHING BUT A JOKE HOW DO YOU HAVE SO MANY INCIDENTS IN THE SAME WEEK I MEAN HOW HARD IS IT TO DO YOUR JOB YOU WALK AROUND MAKE SURE EVERYBODY'S OKAY MAKE SURE THEY DON'T NEED ANYTHING AND YOU GO WRITE YOUR REPORTS IT'S JUST CRAZY THE STORIES I HEAR IT'S NOT EVEN JUST WITHIN RESIDENCE THE EMPLOYEES OURSELVES IF YOU'RE NOT A BOSSES PET THEN YOU GET TREATED LIKE TRASH I MEAN JUST WITHIN THE PAST WEEK THEY'VE ALREADY HAD TWO RESIDENTS DIE IN THE SAME WEEK FROM FALLS AND NO ONE ANSWERING THE CALL LIGHTS I MEAN YOU SHOULD NO THEY FELL OR OUT THE BED OR chair cuz the but beeper as some call it alarm you but nope they Wana say o it's a faulty light negative it cuz y'all are lazy and just treat this as a baby sitting job news flash it's not if that's what y'all want go work elsewhere

My mom is staying there and they love her and take amazing care for her. Every time I’m on the phone with her, someone is stopping by her room asking her how she’s doing or if she needs a snack :) 100% would recommend
