Mom moved in last February. Tricia and the staff have treated mom like family. We are very pleased with their facility and staff. Five stars all around.

We had made plans to move our father into Country View Estates and Tricia and the entire staff was amazing. At the very last minute, after arriving on move in day, dad decided that he wouldn't move in and demanded to go back to his current place in Rapid City. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating . They offered all the assistance possible and when it was obvious that his mind would not change , they hugged him and wished all of us well. By the way, the rooms were soooo nice and the facilities and grounds were great. This would have been a fantastic place for my dad but you can't always get what you want. Thanks again to the whole team for making a very bad situation a lot easier than it could have been
