Moving a parent into a senior living community is never an easy decision, but choosing Country Meadows of Leader Heights has been the absolute best choice for my mother. From the moment she moved in, the entire staff went above and beyond to make her feel welcomed, safe, and truly at home. The peace of mind our family feels knowing she is in such a supportive environment is invaluable. Her quality of life has improved so much, and she is genuinely happy here. I cannot recommend this wonderful community on Pine Grove/Leaders Heights Road enough to any family navigating this transition.

My Mom has lived in Connections at Country Meadows for over 3 years now. There has not been a day that goes by that she is not treated with the utmost respect, dignity and loving care by all of the staff. The team there is absolutely amazing!!
