DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, i watched them physically discipline my great grandmother by SPANKING HER and they called her a fat pig when she requested another pudding cup. This place needs to be investigated immediately

This is a wonderful place to be if you have to. The staff, including the administrator, nurses, CMTs, CNAs housekeeping, cooks, and all the therapists are excellent! It's very clean and smells great! The food is very tasteful and plentiful!! The residents all seem happy and very well taken care of! Overall, I will rate the facility as a high 10!!

My mother stayed here in the rehab department. I went every night and saw my mom to make sure the people that worked there did their job, and was not ignoring her. EVERY time I went there, I would see several outside smoking. Might have been a break, but that’s all I saw them do. I went down a hall to get something for my mom(yes, I’m the one that cleaned her up, and changed her bed) A woman was yelling help and was on the floor. I tried telling the staff but they seemed more interested in their conversation. They finally realized what I was saying and helped her. No telling how long she was there for. Moving forward to the morning I picked my mom up. She was covered in feces.. Her hands had feces all over them from her tryin to help herself.. Broke my heart…She was just head to toe with it… I asked if they could please clean her up a little. They did, but they definitely did not want too. This place is awful.. If you have a loved one here, please go visit them often.

My friend was there for rehab and the staff argued with her and made her feel like she didn't matter,I think she would have been better off somewhere else. I don't know if they were unstaffed or just didn't care. I just know before I let anyone of my family or friends go to a nursing home, I will be checking out the facility better.

My father stayed here, was only a short time for rehab and the staff was horrible and rude.He had his call light on for several hours before staff answered it, he was dropped from the hoyer, pushed into the wall ,sat for hours before they brought him dinner..aide busted his personal tablet was a struggle to get replaced.. Lots more I could say but my father or loved one will never be in the care of this facility as long as I live!! Think twice before sending your loved ones in a facility that the staff smokes pot on smoke breaks and cares less about their patients!
