Cottage Crest is a great and caring place and I do recommend it. Even though I lost my mom here and it's so hard for my family, Cottage Crest did everything possible for many months and took very good care of mom. The staff at Cottage Crest is very caring and treated my beautiful mom like a queen. She loved it there. Thank you Cottage Crest. We will never forget each of you!

Cottage Crest is top notch! if you are looking for a nursing home for a love one, this is the facility. I was in a situation where a family friend of mine needed a home for her mom in the city of Norwalk and Jordan took well care of my friend, her mom and I. He explained everything in detail, was very supportive through the whole process. The facility is clean and well kept, small enough that it feels a home for many, very warm welcoming. Thank you Jordan and Cottage team!!!!

My in-law was a patient here for several months before passing way in August 2024. The facility is clean. Staff are friendly, kind, compassionate, & accommodated our requests. Our family, who visited often, were allowed to visit any day & time. Thank you, Cottage Crest staff, for the excellent service you gave to my family member!
