My great-aunt is currently being cared for here, and she has received excellent care from the nursing staff. During a recent visit, an executive stopped by to spend time with her. He took the time to have a meaningful conversation, answered her questions, and showed genuine care and compassion. It’s clear that he is truly invested in how residents are treated. I had come across some negative reviews beforehand, but my experience has been quite the opposite. Both the executive and the nursing staff have been kind, attentive, and professional throughout.

Corona health care is honestly a dirty facility to put your family in. They all share one bathroom for showering, there’s giant roaches in rooms crawling on the walls and ceilings it’s gross. Maintenance doesn’t do anything right away and the men both cuss in spanish and complain all the time and assume we couldn’t understand, the food looked terrible! activities was them sitting in front of a tv all day while no supervision is around, when my grandpa was there for the little time he was there he got a very bad skin condition that no dermatologist can seem to figure out and we’re still trying to figure out til this day what it is, i was looking at residents and workers and they all seem to have marks all over there body, I tried to bring it to the administrator Mary’s attention but she didn’t seem to care and got aggressively defensive over it but i think the attitude was more because i had interrupted her conversation that didn’t even sound like work with some other women who worked there, i believe pilar was their name on the tag and sonia, they’re all unprofessional and cuss, gossip right in the administration office which is crazy to do in front or around visitors! i will continue to report this dump of a place until state actually goes and does some changes don’t trust your family here they will come out worse or not at all i’m glad i took my grandpa out of there as fast as i could

a very independent customer of mine lives here and has had sores all over his body for over a month now and they've been informed but haven't addressed the issue or attempted to in any way. don't send people to this place unless you want them to suffer.

My mother was here October 2024 to “recover” with assistance from a bad flu. I asked for the head nurse to call me to discuss plan of action for recovery and never received a call back. My mother wasn’t on a heart or breathing monitor when she absolutely needed to be. She died in the middle of the night and who knows how long she was dead before they noticed. These people are lucky I don’t sue them for every nickel they have. Don’t ever put a loved one here if you truly love them. You are sentencing them to death. I live every day with regret she ever entered this place.

People please don’t let this be an option for your loved ones! I work right next-door to this facility and I seen a man on a wheelchair who could not move due to his disability. I’m assuming he slowly rolled down the street and could not go any further. Mind you it’s 90° outside. So I grabbed a water and walked over to him, gave him water and pushed this man back to facility. I told the young girl who was sitting in front, I’m sorry that I was exhausted from pushing this man up the hill, but the staff there are really rude, and I wouldn’t trust my worst enemy at that facility! Because they really don’t care if they can allow a disabled man to be out in this heat, who can’t even walk let them push himself!!!!!
