I cannot say enough wonderful things about this nursing facility. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the compassion and professionalism of the staff, admissions team and management. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel safe, respected, and at home. The nursing team is attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or provide updates. The caregivers treat each resident like family, showing genuine kindness and patience in everything they do. It’s clear they are passionate about their work. The facility itself is clean, and the staff are very welcoming. Activities are thoughtfully planned to keep residents engaged, social, and active, which makes such a difference in their quality of life. Knowing my loved one is here gives me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for exceptional long-term care. They truly set the standard for excellence.

It amazes me how people are allowed to come on here and give 1 star ratings whenever they want to just because they got feedback about their loved one that doesn’t fit with how they want to live. My uncle is currently staying here on respite care and the staff is taking very good care of him. If they weren’t, he wouldn’t keep coming back for respite care. I also have another uncle, whose mother is staying here and has been here for multiple years and the staff love her!

Nurse Emily Allred has given exceptional care to the family members that have been placed in this facility. Cordova health and rehab could not have a better employee than nurse Emily. She shows compassion and real care when taking care of these residents. We are very thankful to have someone like her taking care of our family
