My grandmother was staying there and everything was bad everytime she rang the the bell which was 3 to 4 timesto use the bathroom no body still never came mind you she is 92 so what she did was got out the bed to try to go herself and felt dizzy so sat down and still nobody came bad place

I had the worse experience with the nurses who answers the phone..they play games by saying the patient isn't there..or answer & not say anything or send u straight to music..and will also have the patients waiting forever for help using the rest room..I wouldn't advise!

This facility is subpar for caring for loved ones. It lacks safety measures and the ability to provide adequate care. Some staff members are unable to provide essential information to clients. This facility's care for loved ones is compromised by inadequate medical measures and insufficient care. Additionally, some staff members struggle to provide clients with necessary support

WOW! I had a great experience with the physical therapy staff at this facility. Connie was really patient at every session, and always spent extra time making sure we were okay. We had all our needs addressed really quickly. once the administrator of the building even came to answer my mom's call light and got her a glass of water. Great service. Thank you to all the staff!
