They have alot of good classes very inexpensive you can take from fitness, yoga, art, card making, etc to meals you can share with others at the center, to games, and probably more things i haven't discovered yet! I had a fun filled day last week was my first time and they all were so welcoming, inviting, clean and just a nice place to spend with others without feeling the pressures of anything. Go meet people, have a nice time. Oh they have a thrift store, they have day trips they go on as well as more extensive vacations if you choose to do those. They are more expensive but have a right to be as they're well put together several days being gone. But there's plenty to do and you can get a ride through uchra if you don't have transportation! So no excuse to stay in the house doing nothing!!! Get out and enjoy! I should have done this a long time ago!!

If anyone doesn't know how great this place is, if you know anyone who is a senior citizen of Cookeville and who is lonely, this is definitely the spot for them! This place is ran right and they have activities every day from physical activities to going on trips you name it just go to their website and take a look and you'll see! This is not your NORMAL Grandma's Senior Citizen Center that's for sure! These people are on the move!!

Great senior citizen center. Cards 🎴; Billiards 🎱; Puzzles; Books; Shuffle Board; Ping Pong; Boxing 🥊; Yoga 🧘‍♂️; Exercise; Day Trips; and so much more. They stafg is super friendly and helpful! Very clean facility.

Many activities at this place for senior citizens. You can just kick back and relax & Read the newspaper, play cards, shuffleboard, shoot pool, and many other things. This was my first visit to a Senior citizen center and I really enjoyed myself.

A++ such fun place to be! Clean facility, friendly staff, excellent offering of classes, workshops, speakers, day trips, and more! Will certainly tell the seniors in my life about the fun at the Cookeville Senior Activity Center!
