Confident care has been taking care of my grandma for over 5 years now. I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company, the case coordinators are very polite, attentive, professional and most of all they show that they care about the well being of their patients. My mom had several home health aides from Confident Care. They were all very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They all treated my mom with respect, compassion and were always empathetic with her needs. I couldn't be any more grateful to them. They became like family to us. I have to mention Tanya Aristizabal who was responsible for matching my mom with the right aides, setting up schedules, dealing with insurance and most of all for being always attentive, available, friendly and being excellent at what she does.
