Choosing a memory care home is never easy, and after visiting several places, I felt that Concord Royale was the right choice. I was looking for something smaller, more personal, and as close to a home-like environment as possible. What stood out to me right away was the ratio of caregivers to residents; 3 caregivers for about 12 residents, which creates a level of attention and care that is hard to find. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Connie, the executive director, is attentive, kind, and truly cares. We immediately felt comfortable there. I visited frequently, about five times a week, at different times of day, and consistently experienced the same level of care. The staff was attentive, supportive, and genuinely present. I always felt at ease knowing he was in good hands. The food was also very good, which mattered a lot, as he really enjoyed his meals. I would especially like to recognize Miguel from the memory care unit. His care and presence are truly exceptional. He has a natural gift for what he does: compassionate, professional, and deeply attentive. He truly stands out because he genuinely cares, and you can feel that in the way he shows up every day. I always felt I could rely on him completely, and his support made a meaningful difference. I’m truly grateful for the care and environment provided here.

My mother has stayed here about 4 times for short respite stays of about 3 weeks at a time. .What is most important is that all the people on the staff and administration are caring and helpful. Truly seeming to care about my mother, dropping by to see if she needs anything. Recently a friend's mother stayed at a very highly rated rehab, and no one answered her buzzer. At the Concord Royale, they always came when my mother called. She is blind and often needs help with little things, and the people are always on call. Thank you very much. Update: now they have helped arrange a hospice program, and we are considering a permanent move in. What is so important is that the people there are caring and helpful. Update: After moving in permanently, my mother received lots of caring and attention from the staff and the hospice workers. The room was especially nice, as it had an extra large bathroom to allow going in and out with the walker. Connie, the Executive Director, was especially helpful and kind.

I wish to express my strong endorsement for the assisted living facility. The executive director, front desk staff, kitchen and laundry personnel, and all other team members have consistently demonstrated exceptional support and helpfulness. I commend everyone for their outstanding work and encourage them to continue in the same vein.

It's not too fancy or too modern, two things my uncle, a World War II veteran and child of the Great Depression, would never have liked. The people who work there genuinely love the residents and show it constantly. I have shown up there unannounced many times, at random hours, and have only always seen cheerful, happy, caring employees and content residents. They treat every resident with the utmost respect and dignity. My uncle has adjusted to his living there and is very happy. Oh yes, and the food is really good - delicious and nutritious. They go out of their way to accommodate my uncle's picky eating habits. His health has improved since he moved there because he is eating well, sleeping at night, and has lots of activities and friends to keep his mind engaged. When I'm older and need to move out of my home for extra help I want to live at Concord Royale!

My mother has been there for a few years and loves it there. The staff are very attentive, and must like their jobs because they stay on the job for years. The food is excellent! Really! We love having meals with mom because the food is consistently excellent! CR has lots of activities and holiday events for the residents. Their wonderful Grandparent's Day celebration includes a petting zoo for the kids, nice entertainment and lunch for the entire family!
