I would not recommend this place. I went to visit my father who was in there and every day I found him left sleeping in a wet bed where he had wetted it with the clothing he was wearing all wet. One night my mom showed up at 7pm with the bed wet and she asked for them to change the sheets since he was sitting in a chair. They said he had to wait until 11 pm. My dad is 91 years old. He wanted to walk to bathroom with their help but they said just go in your diaper which is not what they should be doing according to the admin there. In any case, they never changed the bed that night and when I showed up in the morning the bed still didn't have clean sheets on it. Also, walking my dad back and forth 4x in a room is not enough for PT for the elderly. My dad didn't receive a shower and neither did his roommate for 3 weeks. Nobody responds when he pushes the button when he needs help to go to the bathroom. Of course, some people there do good work but overall NO WAY! We pulled him out against their recommendation and he's doing so much better at home with mom taking care of him. I'm posting this to help others. I don't like bashing them but nobody ever tried to make it better.

I had an encounter with one of the nurses before their shift who was smoking a cigarette in front of my residence, I had asked her to find somewhere else to smoke as I am the one that cleans up their discarded cigarette butts off the street. She was extremely rude about the request, and without a doubt will continue to smoke in front of my house. I left messages for the manager on duty, and did not receive any call back.

DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY!!!! My mom went to this facility after a hospital stay due to falls at home. She is now home, and in worse condition than when she went in. The physical therapy was supposed to make her a little stronger, but she is a lot weaker.
