Once my husband became unconscious there was no care and no comfort- I had to stay with him 24/7- not even a sympathy card when he died.<br>And they billed me for two months after he died!

The level of care and compassion that the staff gives to their residents is far beyond any other care facility. My dad has been with Comfort Care Homes for 3 years and I have never had a single complaint. The love that he is shown every day and the excellent care provided gives me such peace of mind. Every person from the administration to the caregivers are the absolute best. Having a parent with dementia is so difficult. Comfort Care Homes however makes it as stress free and peaceful as possible. I highly recommend Comfort Care Homes when needing care for you loved one.

I've visited a lot of care homes around the area and Comfort Care Homes has some of the nicer communities. They feel more like a residential home than a care home and they are always clean and tidy. The yards are nicely landscaped and everything is updated in the homes. The residents have everything they could need inside and each home has options (furniture, walking paths) to enjoy the outdoors. The homes are frequently playing music as they understand the therapeutic benefits of music for people with dementia. It's always magical to see residents sing or tap along to songs they grew up with.<br><br>I also appreciate how attentive and compassionate the employees are. They are engaging with residents and always make sure they are comfortable. The staff are specialized in dementia support so they know exactly how to interact with residents to keep them calm. They make them feel like family and remain patient even in the most frustrating situations. I would highly recommend Comfort Care Homes as an option for a loved one with dementia. They will receive the highest quality of care in the area. Thank you for taking such great care of your residents and employees! 🙌

My father was accepted to “dementia” home and to begin with great care as the disease progressed care decreased also. Found multiple times in bed at 3 pm soaked in urine from head to toe. Over medicated and often left in bed instead of dealing with him. And let’s not discuss the misplaced items we will never get back. Then to top it off, my mother was told that she had to pay for private caregiver from 5 -10 pm nightly or have family present on top of the monthly fee for having our loved one in a dementia care home. Very disappointing for a dementia care facility.
