Not very happy with the staff here. The training coordinator, Zane was wonderful with the training. But after I completed my training, there was no instructions of what to do, was not told how much you were getting paid and not the best communication from the front desk and payroll. I have asked a couple times what I had to do to get paid and how much I was getting paid an hour, and apparently there was an email that was sent. I had looked through my regular email and spam, nothing. Front desk rep. Natalie advised that she would send it over, never did because payroll was on vacation. I’m not sure why it took so long to set up the portal for direct deposit. Not that happy with these folks. Another thing, I had put in my notice last week since my sister is going to take over, they stated that they got my request and couldn’t even respond to my email. Had to be advised that my sister told me that they got my request. Not the best communicators there.

Our family had a very positive experience with Comfort Keepers. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and truly cared about the people they serve. Natalie, in particular, was wonderful to work with. She was responsive, thoughtful, and always willing to help us navigate any questions or needs that came up. Due to changing family circumstances, we needed to transition to another provider, but our decision had nothing to do with the quality of care we received. We’re very grateful for the support Comfort Keepers provided during the time we worked together.

Comfort keepers is amazing. They care for their caregivers and their clients so much, make sure that the caregiver and the client feels safe. They make sure that the Caregivers needs, but also clients needs are met in a very professional but caring manner, I have wonderful experiences with them.

Most of the caregivers we have worked with have been wonderful! Trying to find a dedicated and dependable caregiver can be very challenging her. The office has not been good with communication, they need to follow up with the client whenever there are changes to their schedule or with the caregivers! It is very important to cover your clients in a timely manner when they are depending on care! Not replacing a caregiver who calls out or just doesn't show up should be priority for clients! Not sending a caregiver at all for a scheduled shift is unacceptable when they are bed bound! And not calling the client to inform them of any changes is something that happens a lot with this company. We really hope they can get this under control to better serve your clients in need!!

Comfort Keepers was one of three companies that I used to provide care for my dad the last two years of his life. Sally K. was the most amazing caregiver! She was a great communicator, fantastic team member, and highly professional. I really appreciated her follow through. We had family members coming and going most of the time, and Sally was able to interact with everyone with a good sense of humor and lots of kindness. She was invaluable during her time with dad, but especially at the end of his life. Her adaptability and focus on dad's needs meant the world to us. I highly recommend Sally K. at Comfort Keepers!
