I had Comfort Keepers come out for my 88 year old mom this week after I had surgery. I needed the extra help. I can’t say how wonderful they were Linda and Alex the two Cna’s that came out to help us were both kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers and will use them again in the future thank you Linda and Alex for your all the help this week.

Since I’ve been with Comfort Keepers, they have been a huge help. They sent an amazing young woman named Bethany Flores, who has been my CNA and she goes above and beyond there’s not enough stars on Google to rate her and the company but if I could, I’d give them 100 stars.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional care Comfort Keepers has provided for my Dad. He came to live with me in April 2025 with hospice services for his Alzheimer’s diagnosis, + I truly believe that because of the extraordinary care from Comfort Keepers, he has thrived in ways none of us ever expected. He is happy, engaged, + enjoying the best quality of life he’s had in years. In fact, he is being discharged from hospice this Friday because he no longer meets criteria—something I credit directly to the compassionate, consistent, and specialized support he receives every single day. Before being assigned his current CNA, Bo, my Dad worked closely with Max, who was also wonderful + provided excellent foundational care and support during his transition into our home. When Bo joined us, the care continued seamlessly—and then elevated even further. Bo goes above+ beyond in everything he does. He treats my Dad with unwavering dignity, patience, humor, +genuine respect. His presence has transformed our home, giving my Dad structure, joy, routine, and meaningful connection. We feel blessed to have him. Our gratitude extends just as deeply to Vanitie and Kathy, whose communication, guidance, +coordination ensure that nothing ever falls through the cracks. Their level of professionalism combined with their heartfelt compassion is something truly rare. Comfort Keepers’ specially trained caregivers engage him in intellectual, physical, +emotional activities that beautifully complement his medical care and enrich his days. We have been using Comfort Keepers for a few years now and find them very dependable for coverage; even when our schedule changes at the last minute! They have been extremely helpful in providing care for our Mom and this has given us peace of mind :) I would recommend this company for at home care!

I was in need of help for my 96 year old mom who has Alzheimer's living in her own home. There is no way I could have done this by myself any longer. When I called Comfort Keepers they were there for me instantly. Corina Aleong , one of our caregivers goes above and beyond expectations of a caregiver along with our 2 other caregivers who go above and beyond. They are respectful, trustworthy and very humble with my mom.They understand her condition and they help me understand her. Thank you Corina Aleong , Mindy, Jen. The office girls are great. They instantly took over with scheduling the girls, getting insurance to start up right away. Kudos to Comfort Keepers in Lincoln R. I.
