Comfort Keepers is amazing! We’ve used several other caregivers as well as having our mother in a rehab facility and Kim and her staff at Comfort Keepers were absolute life savers. Great communication, caring, capable and always willing to work with you and find a good solution. I really can’t recommend them enough!

Comfort Keepers has been caring for my Aunt Janet since December of 2023. Dru came to interview my aunt and detailed the services Comfort Keepers provides. Any concerns I have had, have been addressed. I have handled care for many of my relatives. What I like about their staff and caregivers, is that I don't have to advocate for my aunt. Comfort Keepers goes straight to problem solving. All of the caregivers have been excellent. My Aunt's health has been declining. When we needed more nursing care, we got people more attuned to the changing situation. I appreciate the communication I get from the admin staff and the loving care my Aunt gets from the caregivers.

As your parents grow older and need more help, you find yourself looking for partners to provide case at the right level at the right time. Comfort Keepers Home Care in Federal Way has been that partner with my family; first for my father in Hospice and then the long-term home care for my mother. We sync on a regular basis and they help me manage Dr Visits and other changes. They deserve my thanks and you should call and meet with them and then decide.
