They lied to me so many times telling me they will get me help and never did or when they did they would send Young girls with their kids to work or be on their phone all the time and if you said anything they would discharge me and call me a lier and said they don't have anyone else to help.

I have been with ComfortCare since 2012. I have appreciated the in home home-aide services and visiting nurse as my requirements solely paid for through Medicare/Medicaid. As is the intent of this business and my desire, they help me stay in my apartment. As per any business, there are employee turnovers but for the client, ComfortCare desires to maintain a smooth transition. I have spoken with Julie Tow (President/Administrator ComfortCare, Inc.) of this CedarFalls/Waterloo/CedarRapids offices and she was very receptive to my comments and I am confident she will do what she can to maintain smooth transitions from the client perspectives. I also offered to share with her my years of experience in the political, state/federal government to do what we as clients and her as business owner deal with the people's input on laws being written that are potentially unfavorable to Medicare/Medicaid dependents; as well as favorable for if we we express our appreciations then we are less likely to lose benefits in the future. I believe that more clients should make helpful well-worded (clean respectful language please) comments through this venue or by phone to keep the service and employees we have contact with and like.
