My 97-year-old mom is in this facility. The first two weeks I was there 4-6 hours daily and still go four times a week for 3-4 hours a time. They are extremely responsive to my concerns and keep in close touch with me about her care by phone and in person. No one has ever dismissed my concerns. If anything, they go out of their way to make sure I understand why they do things the way they do. The food there is very good compared to what I expected--I even eat there some days. The activities staff encourage her to come down for events. Physical therapy staff is doing a great job with her after her broken femur (which is what landed her there). The facility looks neat and clean. I have only seen care and concern in their interaction with residents and guests. I had planned to move her closer to me when she finishes her therapy, but have decided to keep her there, if necessary, and drive the twenty miles to spend time with her.

They neglect their residents + collect cash. When I repeatedly brought forth my concerns to the staff I was ignored and even physically assaulted. There’s multiple public reports of the neglect that this facility is responsible for against its residents reported by Medicaid since at least 2019. Don’t take your loved one here.
