Super amazing long term healthcare facility! The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Administration is amazing as well they love interacting with the residents as well as the staff. The atmosphere is great in this facility they make you feel so comfortable and at home soon as you walk through the door.

I was looking to put my mother there since she has been a lifelong resident of Hollis. But was given excuse after excuse by management why they couldn't take her as a patient because she is on dialysis. To the point where I was told his Ombudsman and workers told him not to except my mom. I didn't really believe that his workers told him that, but that's what he told me. So disappointed!

I visited a relative there who has been unable to care for himself due to a fall incident. They seemed to be friendly and caring.

Being an EMT I visit fairly often, and my opinion is a little skewed not being a resident or family of one. The staff is very kind and ready to help at the drop of a hat. Residents seem satisfied and seem to be taken care of very well.
