First off, the level of cleanliness is beyond anything I have seen before and better than Kaiser hospital. I was impressed with the level of care, the size of the rooms and the availability of activities. My one criticism is the parking is deplorable and unfortunately, I cannot see any way it can be improved.

Well after discussing the issue with management and knowing vector control in health care facilities this place is so much better than any of the other facilities of a typ in the whole general area this is the third skilled nursing I've been to in the area the other two were just terrible and I'll keep the negative out of this review because the other two were horrid and I had to report them to elderly abuse... this place is great the employees I have spoken with over the days the patience here all in good natured all a smile on the face.. of course you have a few have bad days sometimes.. but the cleanliness the employee help and courtesy and patience with somebody are saints if you can take my grumpiness this place does a great job.... If you have a loved one you need to put into a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation in this area this is the place I would send somebody from my family here I'm leaving in the next couple of days and I'll update the overall this place good management good employees good business

I do not recommend this place. It used to seem like the administrator didn't care much, but now everything is wrong. The food has been horrible for the past two months. Miranda, the kitchen assistant, is very rude and completely unprofessional; I have heard her yelling at residents more than once simply because they asked for something from the kitchen. It isn't right—don't leave your loved ones here; the beds are full of bugs.

Nice facility that unfortunately is too close to American River College (literally across the street) to have good parking. The facility seemed well maintained in general with some compromises that I imagine are just a consequence of getting through the day in providing a some very complex, demanding, and badly needed services.

There is not enough parking spaces, ever! The employees are doubling up their cars, in single car spaces, nowhere for guest to park & rarely is the 1 handicapped space available! The place is very nice, there is a fountain @ entrance, lots of ftiendly & rude staff! I would recommend it, but I must warn, my client, a brain cancer patient, had about $80 in twenties stolen out of her purse, while a patient there, in room 15B! There were good & bad things, but the care is acceptable, the patients/ rooms were clean.
