I highly recommend Cleveland Health Care Center for long-term care. While I believe no one can care for our loved ones with the same love and devotion as family, I truly feel my sister received compassionate, respectful care during her stay from 2024 to 2026.

The facility is clean and well maintained, and the majority of the nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff are there because they genuinely care about their residents and want to make a positive difference in the lives of those in long-term care or the memory care unit. Our family is incredibly grateful for the kindness and compassion they showed my sister.

Whenever we had questions or concerns, the administrative staff listened, treated us with respect, and addressed every issue promptly. It was reassuring to know they were willing to work with families and truly wanted to provide the best possible care.

One suggestion I would make to any family with a loved one in a nursing facility is to install a camera in their room. We purchased an inexpensive Faleemi WiFi Security Camera (available on Amazon for under $40), and Cleveland Health Care Center's maintenance staff installed it for us. It gave me tremendous peace of mind and allowed me to advocate for my sister when dementia had progressed to the point that she could no longer communicate her needs. Being able to check on her throughout the day and night helped me see how she was doing, and if I ever had a concern, I could call the facility. The staff always responded promptly, answered my questions, and made sure she was well cared for.

During my sister's final days, the staff went above and beyond in ways our family will never forget. During that time, they provided a beautiful private room with a recliner and a couch so we could spend precious time together in comfort and privacy. We were welcome to visit at any time, even stay overnight, allowing us to remain by her side until she peacefully passed away. Their kindness, compassion, and respect gave our family an invaluable gift during one of the most difficult times in our lives.

I don't have enough space to recognize every employee who made a difference in my sister's life, but please know there are many exceptional, caring people working at Cleveland Health Care Center.

Like any healthcare facility, no place is perfect. In our experience, however, the overwhelming majority of the staff were compassionate, dedicated, and genuinely cared about the residents. On the occasions when we had concerns, the administrative staff listened, took them seriously, and worked to resolve them. If you ever have concerns about your loved one's care, don't hesitate to speak with them—they truly want to help.

Thank you to everyone at Cleveland Health Care Center for treating my sister with dignity, compassion, and respect, and for giving our family the priceless opportunity to be with her until the very end. We will always be grateful.

I am so very pleased with the level of care and compassion that Cleveland Health Care and staff have shown my mom. She has been here since January and is always hugging staff and telling me how nice everyone is. The business office is helping with Medicaid. The activities director keeps the residents going and brings in volunteers and organizations to help with activities. They have a dedicated memory care which most Medicaid nursing homes don’t. If you are in Spring, The Woodlands or any areas remotely close to Cleveland, it is worth the drive for the peace of mind. Thank you to the staff for all you do each day for your residents. You are more appreciated than you may realize!

I feel that my sister is safe and well taken care of at Cleveland Healthcare. There are numerous nurses and they are so caring and helpful. That takes a lot of worry away.
