My sister with special needs was placed here at Clarity Care for about 9 months. Being a registered nurse myself I never enjoy having to throw a fellow hc under the bus unless it's solid proof. My sister was near death from this place!! They wpuld not even call the ambulance when I told them to call it asap! She was reportedly falling out if bed and getting black eyes as a result. Which idk how one gets a black eye falling out of bed. Also considering it's been 2 years since she was here and has not fallen out of bed not one time since Clarity Care! She was taken to the hospital and the hospital found her blood sugar at 50 and she was unresponsive upon arrival. She was also head to toe with deep black and purple bruises! In between both legs and both arms. Both eyes purple black and to the point that the hospital called the state of Wisconsin and reported Clarity Care for patient abuse and neglect!. They are still under investigation with the state too. So if ypu want quality patient care I advise you to look elsewhere. Even me being her POA and RN their place was something you'd never want any human being to be taken care of at!! Be careful and aware because I never realized they'd still be open after doing something like this to a person! It's heartbreaking! Now my sister is thriving and doing wonderful where she is!! She's happy and not anywhere near where this place had her. This new place has been a true blessing, but Clarity Care watch out!!!!!
