My daughter is here and receives the best care she has had in years! I wish I had moved her to CCSC a long time ago❤️. Not only that, she is very happy!

Claiborne County Nursing Home have very unprofessional workers. The DON Ms. Twosnote is very unprofessional and messy; along with her granddaughter. They pick with the workers and patients. I have witnessed the nurses giving patients the wrong medication. When reported they just walked off and said oh well they still breathing. They do not care about the patients. The only patients they tend to are the patients that have visitors. The other patients rooms are left dirty.

The staff is awesome!! I placed my Mom here in July 2019. The one on one care in their Dementia unit is amazing. The last place she was at, her weight went down to 86 lbs and drugged. She is now up to 103 lbs, very active, speech has improved. She also knows who I am, who her sister is. She has had this horrible disease for 8 yrs. She was singing along with music to THERE IS POWER IN THE BLOOD 2 days ago. I have not heard her sing in over 3 yrs. Is this place perfect? No, but the care she receives out weighs all else. Keep up the great work! If Mom has improved this much in 3 months, can't wait to see the next 3 months. The one on one care makes a huge difference in their lives.
